Didn't know about the tsarnaevs, but not surprised in the least.

Someday I'll get around to making a list of all mass shootings and whether the FBI "had contact" with the "shooter" prior to the event.

From what I've seen, the FBI literally puts individuals up to these shootings and effectively commits these shootings themselves.

I'll add the tsarnaevs to my list as well.....
