I seem to recall someone explaining the "Hill" in her user name on The_Donald when people started to link Jizzy to u/MaxwellHill ... I think it was related to her family somehow ... I am not 100% sure of course, but you certainly bring up an interesting point!

I think Hill was from her childhood home iirc, which further cemented the opinion that MaxwellHill is her.
