You're asking too many of them at once to get a proper answer.
From what I've seen, every situation pertaining to any individual can be different. It's not all black and white.
For example, you could be self made, then be approached with a deal to get more popular with "strings attached", or maybe the same deal without strings, but the money is held over your head later. You know, mob-style tactics.
Some actors are flat out paid by entities that are traced back to Soros and other common names that pop up. (Klaus Schwab)
In the end, even if you have no strings - Say you are making money off of YouTube, and are afraid of being demonetized, this is a form of control as well.
This isn't just Hollywood or YT, its Congress too.
I saw you mentioned Timcast. I used to appreciate Tim, because even if I didnt hold the same opinion as him, he assured me he was on the quest for truth.
Once I saw him assert JB as president, while refusing to consider the opposing side's data, that was enough to show me that he chooses his own truth. "Freedom, with their acception", to paraphrase Metallica.
Was he paid off? Dont know, but his failure to remain open to the opposing side in fear of demonetization spoke volumes to me. Anyone that chooses money over truth can be bought out. Anyone that dances on both sides of the fence will eventually push you onto one side to save their own ass. It's a communist style tactic, and I've seen Tim do it to both liberals and conservatives on his channel. (I personally think he does it as a defense mechanism, and isnt completely conscious of himself doing it). I mention this because my good friend is one of the most black pilled sons of bitches and he follows Pool like Gospel. This is my own two cents.
You're asking good questions, so I feel the need to help you on your path. For political happenings - I think Russel Brand is a decent "centrist" opinion. I think Breitbart, is decent for the day-to-day political circus. Epoch Times is a good conservative source without the sensational flavor of BB, or the conspiracy label of Q; and of course, us Anons are another good source for digs.
If you haven't already seen it, take some time to watch Fall of the Cabal. You may not agree with everything stated, but you will find some strange answers, and a lot more unanswered questions. Hopefully this will illuminate some of the opinions held about Pizzagate as well. Just stay open because you will face cognitive dissonance on your way up.
Anyway I always take Tim fool with a grain of salt, I use him as a weather vane for what you can say on YouTube.
I can't say I've watched a he'll of alot of their shows.
My observations from watching some of Tim and Rogan and all the rest, is that they will always just stop short of outright saying the Vax is retard, but it's always implied.
Of course this is has developed over the course of this year.
Of course the big surprise for me this year was Brand, who would have thought it?
I laughed how you put his position as 'centrist' in quotes, it's only true because the left has gone nuts.
I disagree with alot of what Russell believes in, but respect that he's open to having actual discussions on important issues(so far).
As to the original point of our discussion about Joe, whichever way he is controlled, I don't believe he's malicious in what he's doing, so I would say they don't control him via blackmail, it's has crossed my mind that the Spotify deal might have been a deal in an attempt to tighten the control over what he says.
Also, I never mentioned pizzagate, but it feels like your implying that I don't believe in paedophile rings centred around powerful interests?
Don't worry, I said I'm not smart, but I've been paying attention.
That pill was one that I had swallowed long before pizzagate.
Thank you again for your time friend, I wish you happy travels in your life!

That is why 80 Republicans pass a bill for a vaxx database
