I feel you and regarding David...whether he is or isnt trash seems irrelevant to this particular issue which can be verified through the public record.
As an attorney i can tell you right now, to fight state extradition based on an obscure law from the 1700s with the money you raised saying it was to get Kyle out on bail and then drag out that process that you know you will lose while your client remains in a jail with no running water is simply inexcusible and trash lawyering.
Plus i know everyone here thinks Lin is one of the good guys but every time i hear him speak it just sounds like every other fake politician when they speak. He just doesnt come off genuine...more like a tv preacher asking to send in your life savings so God will bless you.
Gotcha. So here is my thing. Lin was telling the truth since the very early beginning, called out the vaxx as a Gates depop tool before it even came out. He was on the money with so many things, election fraud, John Roberts being shit, and was one of the earliest to repeatedly push child trafficking exposure. This is why many (including myself) tend to respect and trust him.
And about the $2M, yes, that would go back to FightBack for the next client that organization helps, not a giant payday for Kyle. So not following the argument there at all...
I will defer to you on the extradition argument, but I believe Lin was trying his best there, albeit misguided from a litigation strategy perspective. Obscure legal precedents from centuries ago often do still hold in court. They are trying to use one to shove vaxx mandates down our throats. (Let's hope they fail.)
Fighting state extradition is a losing battle already and when youre spending the money you raised that you said was for bail all while your client remains in jail in terrible conditions is inexcusible. The immediate filing for the 2 mil back just further makes it seem like He never really cared about Kyle or getting Kyle out in the first place. Sorry he may have been right about some stuff but he seems like a sleeze bag
I appreciate these details, but respectfully disagree about Wood. I think we will see this fought out in litigation, though.
Fact remains David Hancock is absolutely Deep State trash.
