Thanks for posting and doing this. I try to remember to reflect and join in. Life has been challenging recently. I am finding it increasingly difficult to keep my anxiety and stress in check.

Keep doing this!! I learned last year that when ur down finding people to help ALWAYS helps. Even a small act makes the world of difference. I cant explain it but just try it. Then there are the main things like pray and giving it all to Jesus this was just a little trick I learned on my journey to add to those things.

I had a rough night and just had to process my thoughts and feelings. Woke up much better and in a better mindset. Just have to try and be mindful not to retreat into those negative feelings.

Thanks for the postive words friend. I'm just trying to do my best to remain humble and usable by our Father. I genuinely enjoy every second of what God has put in my heart. Glad u woke up feeling better. Yes sometimes all u can do is be on guard so u dont do it again. Keep Leaning on Jesus to stregthen u I am here if u ever need to vent or anything.
