If I ever hear someone say to my face that kids having heart attacks is normal or healthy I might just knock their teeth out.
Depends on the kid. If s/he's fifteen, 5'5'", and weights 300 lbs. I could definitely see that as normal.
Oh definitely, but thankfully there aren't too many of those kids. A lot are overweight now but not obese...yet. And really little kids 10 or younger are generally healthier than their older peers.
