Devil's advocate, it probably plays a roll, especially if you're been on a drop of oldmedia covid fear porn for the last 2 years, but I honestly doubt it's the only reason...

Even during college when everyone was stressed out or having sleep issues, heart problems were nonexistent. There was not 1 student that I'd heard of getting a heart attack at my college and we had almost 10,000 students. (this was back about 5 years)
