I actually make a pretty great Keto pizza. I just use my red sauce in a iron skillet w whole milk Mozerella flat on the pan and pile in ingredients. I also use hard salami instead of pepperoni etc and it’s much lighter and less greasy. It’s apparently preferred to pep in most countries. A guy I worked with from Argentina turned me into it. Way better.

I ate some yesterday…first in about 6 months. My body had forgotten how ~HEAVY~ hardcore (grease, oil & fats) food is. ugh is right!

I’m not gonna lie, I miss it. I feel so much better nowadays tho. I haven’t had a burger or fries in years either.
