Head of NSA met with Trump unannounced and right after, Trump relocated his incoming team to his property in Bedminster, NJ during the transition.

I believe it was 10 days after the election of 2016 which is about how long it takes to set up a SCIF

Admiral Rogers noticed how much the FBI and it's contractors were pinging the NSA database to query individuals.

He was most certainly a white hat. After he retires, IDK if his replacement was as fair and honest.
