He was talking about Trump WHO CANNOT STFU about his vaccine.

He was talking about TRUMP who keeps taking credit for coming up with the vaccine.

He was talking about Trump who cannot STFU about the success of Operation warpspeed.

Hes done a LOT more than that. Trump has been pushing for vaccines for two years straight. At every rally, at every interview, and in nearly every public announcement.
