For those who follow comms, I read some comments on the latest decoding symbols post that seem to interpret this. Summary is that it's a comm for an upcoming conversion of US currency to blockchain.
You have to scroll down to comments, and there's two relevant to Antarctica. Basic comm context is that Antarctica is a symbol for infiltration, and all these personalities are crypto types. Definitely something to watch to see if it materializes.

Sorry, I had trouble uploading screen shots last time. Here's some text from the first comment:
Right as Japan and India are switching to digital currency and nationalizing their central banks and I'm expecting a similar announcement anytime for America, Peter Thiel's boy David Schwartz, CTO at Ripple and architect of XRP, tweets that he's in Antarctica.
David Schwartz has been posting photos of icebergs since his announcement that he's in Antarctica. He flew through San Francisco and had some kind of hassle involving ground crew there. He thanked United for averting disaster. That was four days before Antarctica.
Federal Bank in India just announced a deal with Ripple. It's going blockchain. This just happened, right as India nationalizes their central bank and Schwartz hits Antarctica.
