I am pretty familiar with Religious exemption but what are the possible ways a medical exemption could occur? Any resources would be helpful!

Medical exemptions are much harder to get approved than religious. So I would only go this route if you are pretty certain about it and your doc can write a good letter. I don’t think anyone needs to be putting this jab in their bodies, but here are some reasons to look into:
Any previous adverse reaction to a vaccine, flu shot or allergy to ingredients used in the vaccine
Any heart conditions or blood clotting disorders that you have or are genetically predisposed to with your family history
Any autoimmune disorders, like arthritis, psoriasis, inflammatory conditions that could be exasperated since the vaccine causes an inflammatory reaction in your body
Consider not only your personal medical history but your family history as well. The key will be walking through this with a physician and getting a concise but thoughtful exemption put together.
I know some people who were approved but only exempted for 6 months and they will have to reapply for exemption. Honestly it’s going to have more to do with your employer’s willingness to help than what the exemption says.
Allergy to an ingredient: many people are allergic to sulfur and it is an ingredient. Medical condition that would be exacerbated by the jab: individuals with preexisting conditions could have severe reaction, permanent disability, or death. Heart conditions, etc. Sounds like a few good reasons to me.
People are not allergic to sulfur. There is a lot of natural sulfur in our body.
You may be thinking of sulfa, which is a type of antibiotic to which many people have allergies. But sulfa isn’t connected to the vaccine, being a completely different type of drug.
You can have a food intolerance to sulfites or be allergic to sulfites, though. Sulfites are commonly used as a food preservative or in caramel coloring.
True, but a sulfite isn’t sulfur the same way that table salt isn’t chlorine gas. If you’re going to claim an allergy and then talk about being allergic to sulfur, they will know right away that you’re bullshitting them.
I never said it was the same. I simply meant that sulfur-containing compounds can produce allergies and intolerances, which do affect the body.
I would assume a letter from your doctor is all you need, but good luck getting a doctor writing you one
Don't take the jab. Show up for work. Make them remove you. The next day, show up again. Rinse and repeat until you are fired then sue them. Fight them for you pay too.

Lol not the US. Working abroad and the country I'm in just started mandates.
Medical exemption. Use telehealth if you have to. Look for new startups locally because more and more are popping up. Cash only services that skip all the government overreach and bullshit.
Honestly, the only exemption anybody needs is the one provided by The U.S. Constitution. In particular, I believe amendments 9 and 14 section 1 cover this type of issue.
