Have seen the swimming pool photo here several times/places on web, identified as part of a Vanderbilt mansion. (They used to have many mansions.) Toured the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC. Very popular landmark. Shocked to turn the corner in the basement to see THAT swimming pool. Even spouse, who knows little of these things, could see it was constructed in a way that made for easy clean up after certain kinds of activities. Spooky. Gloria Vanderbilt was a successful designer. Watched a TV biography where she said the method of all her art was to create "order out of chaos." She also described watching her son throw himself off her balcony to his death.
I think one of our problems (that presents itself, not our mistake) there are too many headlines attached to one type of Villain. This even gets confusing for me. We al.ost need to agree on our own label of the lot.
He died suddenly, presumably from heart attack. Gloria had several marriages. This one, to the father of those two boys (she had other kids with other husbands), was presumably her happiest. Anderson Cooper's brother is supposed to have suicided in front of his mother. There is a rumor that Kathy Griffith is Anderson Cooper's brother who was transgendered MTF.

It's a lot of evil labels on one person. It's too bad we couldn't use a short concise evil grouping for the general public to call them by.
