Asking questions you are struggling with is a good thing, and very legitimate. Why? Because of the motive and intent. A shill or mole might do the exact same action, but the motive and intent is to undermine, corrupt, etc.
There has been significant discussion here about why Trump may have been promoting the injections. I suggest some reading of those ideas might give you something to think about and help you resolve the struggles.
Meanwhile, there are MANY things that we do not know, but also some that we most certainly do.
What we know is that the Enemy always seeks to mobilize fear, doubt, distrust, to generate in our hearts anxiety, fear, distress, etc.
The first and foremost battleground is the one within our hearts and our minds. Therefore, while there are knowns and unknowns out there in the external battlefield, we have to also look inwards, grapple with what we feel and think, ask "Where is this coming from" and win the internal war.
There MUST be a balance and (as much as possible) equilibrium between the internal battle and the external battle. In other words, we have to reflect and move forward in our hearts, thru faith, understanding, patience, unity with the Creator, etc, as much as we engage with the information out there, to try to understand and grasp the external battlefield.

Hope that makes sense.
