That’s exactly what it means. They can’t just admit that half of these people will be dead within 10 years following their own statistics. Dead or damaged heart muscle is dead or damaged heart muscle. That’s all you get.

We have an entire generation of 20 year olds the cardiac systems of old obese smokers. They are all fucked.
