I was more star trek, personally, watched TNG with my mother and grandmother when I was a kid.

I liked star wars too, though. Actually had jedi recorded from tv on vhs. It's a wonder we didn't wear the tape out...

Never got into star trek and I tried. Star wars just had that fantasy feel to it you know? Space wizard teaches young prodigy to fight an evil space wizard with a laser sword and telekinetic magic powers. More up my alley lol. And honestly they've added a lot of lore to star wars that gives it even more of a fantasy feel to it. Lots of good content apart from that trashy new trilogy.... Started good, Ryan Johnson royally fucked up, JJ came back for damage control and ended up making a chaotic mach 12 mess of a movie with some fan service to try to calm the fan base. But hey at least Darth revan is canon now lol

I never even finished the sequels. I dunno what happened, I liked them at the time okay, but somewhere between clones and sith, I just sorta lost interest... =/

Clone wars was pretty awesome, though. =)
