This is brilliant. Biden has demonstrably failed "Covid" with whatever asinine metrics were used to judge Trump, so he is giving them a bait. Accept vaccines were "Trump's idea" and they sucked and try to pin the blame on him - at which point he will pull out his next step, or double down and let them collapse under their own weight.
