this is soooooo true myson is like this, but I kept all the land of my ancestors and bought some more forest and need to earn some more cash in big city distopian hell to build a windmill and rebuild watermill and renovate the house and go back to nature.
My parents had the foresight to purchase land way back when it was cheap and plentiful. There's a piece for me and each of my siblings. They're going to put in their wills which piece goes to who. I've had my eye on a really nice one out in the middle of nowhere with great views and a beautiful forest. Thank God for their foresight.
hope you got some gers and tools there already ... and seeds and at least a shed if not a forest house.
I am planning to build some sort of community for whoever wants to get out of cities. 25k$ for a home in the mountains and a garden and some woods does not sound much right?
Nothing there yet. Prices are so ridiculous right now I can't afford to build anything yet. Still trying to save what I can before inflation takes the rest. le sigh
I too barely keep my head above the water but thinking big things, I have the knowhow and ideas .. but dont have the means...
