Can I just point out the "don't get hysterical" and "insist upon on fresh air" advice that is literally the opposite of what we see today.
Eat and drink healthy, take care to keep your body healthy. Fresh air and sunshine. Avoid crowds. These are mandates I can live with.
Looks like that advice,would work fine today.
