Judge Terry Doughty (nationwide injunction)

Federal contractors

Judge Stan Baker(nationwide injunction)

All three Judges mentioned above were appointed by Trump. That is worth noting.

Remember when GWB went to the Supreme Court and said there would be irreparable harm done to him if he wasn’t selected as President?

I imagine OSHA is also arguing irreparable harm to all the poor defenseless workers of the world
