Maxwell gave me that lead when she stated under oath in her trial that she was a citizen of Terramar when asked if she was a citizen any where else. I remembered that there were a lot of "big names" attached to the Terramar project as well, "while it was active" but, since she claims citizenship of Terramar still today, it still exists and who know WHAT they have built out in the oceans by now .. what brings me back to watch the bloody water.
