I agree something is off it has a few things wrong with it mostly the out of focus and focus parts. Pretty sure both of these images were created originally with a film camera. There are Photoshop fingerprints all over the Maxwell image that film would not leave behind. Mainly the Gaussian Blur behind Epstein outline trying to “blend it in “ to the base image. They tried to change a small part of the perspective of the logs so that it does not look cut and paste. They did a good job however not Epic level to the eyes of a professional photographer who has seen images for 30+ years daily.
Look at the photo of the old lady (if queen). In window on right, there’s what looks like the shape of part of an arm that’s green. The trees differ between the two pics also
The old lady is a younger Queen Elizabeth. The Maxwell shot is years later after the Queen photo. You can see a small pine tree in the Queens background now older trees in the Maxwell photo.
Historical photo of the Queen was the reference point to a more recent Maxwell image
In my opinion? Using tools in the link, nothing about the photo is out of the ordinary until you look at the window to your right, something like a reflection was blacked out?
Looked at the photos and came to say this but then read your comment. That one with Maxwell is definitely photoshopped. I bet you can do a search and find the same angle of that shot but with someone completely different sitting on the bench.

Important to not get caught in the scam of a photoshop just because it's scandalous and aligns with our expectations

Good link to spot potential photo manipulation.
