I didn’t think so in the least.

It looks perfectly normal and understandable to me.

It is a very high-level, 50,000 FT overview for investors and apparently the various government agencies such as the SEC.

What in it specifically did you think was so weird?

It's too vague, no investor would be happy with that, when our company launched we had to give every square inch of infrastructure multiple times to secure investment. This is weird and just a definition of infrastructure.
