Richard panned back and forth in real time the supposedly live event on TV and then showed the actual side of the rose garden from his upper apartment window- no people, no news conference. There are plenty of shots of Biden showing mask lines and double eyelids. Deep fakes are very real and they’ve shown many to the public.
