As the title suggests, I have some questions concerning my diet. For context, I am 15 and weigh 150lbs at roughly 5'11. I have been naturally thin my entire life, and always have issues finding pants that fit my waist. As a results, I pledge allegiance to elastic. My situation is definitely not as poor as some of the soyboys at my school, but I would like to get in the gym and gain some.
Unfortunately, I fall into many of the traps that people my age often do. This includes processed food, canned soup, ramen noodles, and sugary sweets. Outside of my diet, I also struggle with sleep, dandruff, probably some vitamin deficiencies, and a few other less notable hygiene issues.
My testosterone is also a concern, However I thankfully still have some balls left. I come from quite a masculine bloodline and my dad is still kicking ass at 64. My levels, if I had to guess, are certainly higher than probably 90% of dudes I know. But with my diet and the aggressive chemicals I use daily (Shampoo, mouthwash, conditioner, deodorants, phthalates, etc.) I am certain I can go much higher.
The base questions I bring are as follows. What should I cut from my diet immediately? What should I add immediately? What supplements, if any should I take? Parasites?

Nutshell answer from an older Pede. I'm glad to see you are looking for the path to righteousness.
Eat lots of meat, fruits and veggies. Eat only complex grains. Variety is what you want. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible. Processed sugar and white flour are the enemy.
Learn to cook. Kitchen chemistry is fun, interesting, sexy, and delicious.
Work out like a mad lad. Get strong.
Work your mind as hard or harder than you work your body. Your mind is YOU. Your body is a meat bag that carries YOU.
A good way to connect the mind and body is martial arts. I suggest Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) Kung Fu.
Do not put ANYTHING on your skin you would not eat. Read that again. If it goes on you, it goes in you.
Stay stress free. Remember, if you're getting shit, that's a gift you don't have to accept.
Learn how to fuck and please a woman beyond her wildest imagination. Learn how to control yourself when you fuck. Learn to enjoy most the pleasure of your partner(s). Read some books. Practice. Remember, masturbation is practice. If you go quick there, you'll go quick when it's time. Use that time to learn your limits and triggers. Read some damn books, and not just shit on the Internet.

All of your points are strong, except for one. Wing Chun Gung Fu is good, but Jeet Kune Do is better. It's a much more well rounded fighting discipline and one that I was taught in EOD. Once you become proficient, there isn't anyone who can touch you except for (maybe) another highly trained fighter, which are rare.
It's not about fighting. It's about walking the string, and not the bow.
