Speaking of tea... Get some CHAGA tea... it loaded with vitamin D, tons of antioxidants and a bunch of other health supporting stuff
You can make your own HCQ too, simmering grapefruit and lemon peels... there's lots of directions on the web about how long to simmer etc... I'd try adding a tsp or so to a fruity smoothie kids may like

I add it to tonic water. It's not bad, believe it or not.
