These technically are illegal drugs, since in the US ivermectin requires a valid prescription from a US board certified doctor technically, like all prescription medications. Just because it isn't opioids or something doesn't mean the medication isn't illegal in the eyes of the law and customs.
The "eye of the law" is unconstitutional. If I got pissed off enough I'd call cops revenue agents for the state and a judge a lesser-noble black robed tyrant. That would go over very poorly, but the British system has to go.
