I also heard something that was interesting and makes sense....if you put a strong material (like steel) under Increasing pressure, you do not see the buildup of pressure and stress...it looks like nothing is happening...until that last bit of pressure that breaks the whole thing. The proverbial “straw that broke the camels back”. So I think of this when it looks like nothing is happening, or it’s taking too long...we are not able to see how close we are...so we must keep talking, convincing, stepping up, donating, volunteering.
