If only there were more. Though I did a Ned Flanders once: saw a guy who looked in need, dashed home for food and drink which I gave him with some money. He looked somewhat bemused - a while later I realised he was not homeless, just scruffy.

Check out the series "Making Good" with Kerry Heyborn. He did a service gig with a large group of weekend warrior pitmasters to help a relief effort.

It is an amazing series about helping our fellow man.
