This is the first we're seeing of this. Could you state what type, dosage, where to get, anything would be great, thanks
Not an expert, but here's what I know.
Type: There are several types of fish antibiotics, the most common is amoxicillin (fish mox). Second most common is penicillin. But any type of antibiotics will do, they all work for humans (because they were developed for humans in the first place, not for fish) so as long as you're not allergic to them you should be fine.
Where to get: In a pet store or fish store, either at a physical location or online. Note that some countries, like Canada, have banned fish antibiotics from being sold to the public, though if that's the case it's still possible you could buy some online from another country and have it shipped to you.
Dosage: These antibiotics are identical to human antibiotics, and as such they come in the same exact capsules as human antibiotics. So you can just look up the recommended dosage for whichever type of antibiotics you bought, and take that many pills each day for however many days the recommended course of treatment lasts.
