Named for its principal town, which was laid off in 1834-35 by Gilbert Knapp. The first designation of this settlement was Port Gilbert; but its founder decided to change this to Racine, the French translation of Root River, on which he had laid out his town.

Knapp worked for the Illuminati families including the Astors. The Bavarian Illuminati never disbanded, they moved to Racine. What was their involvement in the French Revolution?

Racine was ruined by design decades ago. It is a model for many of the programs that are part of the Base of the Pyramid structure.

Biden is not in charge of or allowed to do anything.
