More people may be receptive to all this in NY, after the Gov. put in the "universal indoor mask" policy. Much as I hate masks, I enjoy the outrage of the normies who lost their vaxx perk. The NY Post today chronicled some of their outrage:
You can follow all of their rules and they will make new ones for you to break. A tale as old as time.
One of my all time favorite quotes; "Ignorance of the law excuses not" ignorantia juris non excusat (I didn't know this phrase in this language but I think it is cute)... That is gonna come back and bite some pretty fucking hard.
Some Canadian Reddit subs are definitely swinging. I still got banned recently but I’d say it’s 75/25 our side now in the comments. People just have had enough
I live in upstate NY and constantly speak out on local Facebook pages. Our numbers keep growing on those groups. We ratio the pro-maskers and vaxxers on every post.
More people are speaking up for sure. People whove had vax injuries, or got covid after being vaxxed, are often pissed about mandates being suggested. I see people who are moderates or likely Dems speaking out. Theres a stubborn vase of pro vaxxers too. That's why I like to post there, it's not an echo chamber. Most are people that don't care too much either way. But any post about vaccines and masks will have 50 or 100 replies, most saying No and being opposed. The group moderator always posts how many covid deaths and hospitalizations have happened in our county and they're always 100 comments of debate but our side is winning the ratio battle clearly.
Facebook can't seem to keep up either, just saw a sponsored ad that showed people wearing masks in it and the comments denigrating it outnumbered the maskholes almost 9 to 1.
I was at a family gathering the other day. I don't bring up covid shit around them because they're all-in, triple vaxxed suckers. But I noticed only 3 elderly people work a mask and my sister seemed frustrated no one was being overly cautious and muttered something about how "we're still in a pandemic!"
We have an upcoming party and one guest who decided to freak out has uninvited themself when it became apparent that the other jabbers have no problem hanging out with us plague carriers and won't take their side.
Started in late October/early November and a couple of weeks ago it started picking up speed...
Big picture, what content is related to, what it is indicating and how often it gets to the forefront or how close it gets to being at the front page as it were, reddit r/all is a good metric microcosm of this.
It's also worth noticing that the intention or origin of a post on social media may suggest one thing but the actual posts make people think the exact opposite and agree with what was was posted to deride and ridicule it, r/therightcantmeme is a shining example of this as despite the sub and it's intention it is rather saturated with memes that prove the exact opposite and that a lot of people who get exposed to will agree with rather than agree with the 'reason' for posting it in that sub...
Ah, speaking of Reddit... I remember the other day reading a comment in a MAKEUP sub in which one user noted that the constant cleaning of surfaces is just theater and... and... they got upvotes. A lot of them. I couldn't believe it.
Where I live the official word from the local peoples health institute(don't remember the equivalent US acronym) is that isn't contagious through food(as in you can sneeze/cough on food and it wont spread anything) but somehow an inert surface containing no nutrients or digestibles for a virus to survive on has to be wiped down to prevent spread..............
So the world is basically populated by NPC's that are taking health advice from bozo the clown(red nose, fuzzy wig, clown-shoes and all) wearing a doctors jacket...........
For those of us that were never asleep the rate at which people are waking up is infuriatingly, frustratingly and exasperatingly slow......But at least it is happening....
There's no big media or medical push for it, but it's being prescribed more often of late. It's available for individual physicians to prescribe if they like, but isn't covered by the national health insurance. Not a big problem as it's cheap enough that it doesn't really matter. It's also possible to directly mail-order it from overseas like I did a couple of times.
Additionally, the news here also actually covered the Austrian protests a little bit. No mention that I could find of all the other protests happening around the world, but it's a start.
Yup it's starting to go mainstream amongst them which is good.

I wonder how much is more people stepping up vs if some white hat managed to sabotage the algos and bot networks that drowned us out.

Just in personal conversations in my very Normie/left-leaning area, and I can tell you it's grass-roots and more people are waking up.

So that's a good sign.

Here in Japan I'm now seeing adverse reactions being covered in the news. This is progress.
and japan is using Ivermectin correct?
