It is one of the most out-there theories I have heard lately, but check out MajicEyesQnly's video on Conplan 8888. It is the military contingency plan for a zombie outbreak, supposedly created as a joke for a training exercise.

MJQ theorizes though that it is actually a real plan, and published in advance of the Q Operation going live, much like the LoW Manual.
