You know, if a military member gets caught with a prostitute, they get brought up on charges of "Conduct unbecoming" and then get grilled extensively by FBI/CIA/DOD to see if they gave up any secrets or were compromised in any way. And if that prostitute is connected in any way to human smuggling ops, that military member would get the appropriate charges for that, too.
The same should apply here, but won't, unfortunately.

Military and the govt have a zero tolerance law for human trafficking.
They need to be named, fired and charged.
