In the midst of trimming an overgrown hedge this morning a female robin appeared and I apologised to her if I was disturbing her.

I swear to God she looked me straight in the eye and went into a two minute verbal at me about not destroying her nest. I promised I woildn't and she flew off.

I'm obviously nuts, but this really happened and it doesn't fit into the 'physicalism' world view.
