Due to his earlier research with colleagues at UF, Ostrov already knew diphenhydramine was potentially effective against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The latest discovery has its roots in a routine meeting of scientists with the Global Virus Network’s COVID-19 task force. One researcher presented unpublished data on federally approved compounds that inhibit SARS-CoV-2 activity, including lactoferrin.
Like diphenhydramine, lactoferrin is available without a prescription. Ostrov thought about pairing it with diphenhydramine and ran with the idea. In lab tests on human and monkey cells, the combination was particularly potent: Individually, the two compounds each inhibited SARS-CoV-2 virus replication by about 30%. Together, they reduced virus replication by 99%.
99% reduced replication. Your natural immune system can handle the leftovers (If you still have the immune system that God gave you and not the new one that the clot-shot reprograms yours to.)
Let that sink in. 99% Antihistamine + Milk Protein

Lactoferrin is more concentrated in raw milk and raw milk cheeses (hard > soft) than pasteurized: https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/9/9/963/htm, https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0958694605002402.
If you don't react well to Benadryl, there are natural antihistamines: nettle - https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ptr.2763 quercetin* (we've heard about this one, goes well with zinc) - https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs00011-007-7005-6, https://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/21/5/623/htm bromelain (pineapples**) - https://www.hindawi.com/journals/ecam/2013/702196/ butterbur - https://www.bmj.com/content/324/7330/144
*if you prefer food to supplements, as I do, capers have the highest concentration of quercetin - https://www.nature.com/articles/s42003-020-1089-8, and you can get your zinc here: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/best-foods-high-in-zinc, https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Zinc-HealthProfessional/, https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/zinc/ **Another nice thing about pineapples is that they're low in pesticide residues: https://www.ewg.org/foodnews/summary.php, https://www.ewg.org/foodnews/full-list.php
Am taking Quercetin + Bromelain (plus zinc, vit c andcvit d) for protection against infection and found out about antihistamine effect first hand.
Have taken zyrtec daily for years, but its a really horrible hayfever season atm, but as soom as I started my Q+B I really noticed a difference in my hayfever symptoms.
Same here supps. no allergies attacks since then... barely a sniffle.
Before I got on the Q&B, I started with Wormwood (Artemesia annua) and I still take it.
This spring I'll be growing everything I can get my hands on that contains these supps naturally... the wormwood (like most nat meds) is basically a weed. It will grow about anywhere.
Just picked up some pineapples as per craving it, also just had the mildest omicron and kicked it's ass with some raw garlic. Works like a charm!
Great comment, thank you!
How would you ever know you had "the mildest omicron"?
I'm saying I got sick and it was the mildest in terms of symptoms while still definitely being sick. I don't buy the "variant" narrative but do believe the vaxxed are shedding into my microbiome and follow the Carlin method. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X29lF43mUlo - Just one brush.
BALLER reply, @n0m1nd !!
I C&Ped that into my health Document, archived offline
Thanks for this quality comment! I'm saving it for future use. Too bad capers taste like ass...I guess that's better than feeling like crap though. LOL!
