In LA there currently is a Religious and Philosophical exemption provision. Compulsary vaccination for students has been law in LA. This governor is adding the 'COVID' vaxx to it. However, he is usurping the power of the legislature and cannot make law. Only the legislature can do this. This will be challenged as an abuse of power.

A.(1)(a) Each person entering any school within the state for the first time, including elementary and secondary schools, kindergartens, colleges, universities, proprietary schools, vocational schools, and licensed day care centers, at the time of registration or entry shall present satisfactory evidence of immunity to or immunization against vaccine-preventable diseases according to a schedule approved by the office of public health, Louisiana Department of Health, or shall present evidence of an immunization program in progress.
(b) Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year and thereafter, each person entering the sixth grade in any school within the state shall present satisfactory evidence of immunity to or immunization against vaccine-preventable diseases according to a schedule approved by the office of public health, Louisiana Department of Health, or shall present evidence of an immunization program in progress.
(2) The schedule shall include but not be limited to measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, poliomyelitis, meningococcal disease, and hemophilus influenzae Type B invasive infections.
(3) The schedule may provide specific requirements based on age, grade in school, or type of school. At its own discretion and with the approval of the office of public health, an educational institution or licensed day care center may require immunizations or proof of immunity more extensive than required by the schedule approved by the office of public health.
B. A person transferring from another school system in or out of the state shall submit either a certificate of immunization or a letter from his personal physician or a public health clinic indicating immunizations against the diseases in the schedule approved by the office of public health in accordance with Subsection A of this Section having been performed, or a statement that such immunizations are in progress.
C. If booster immunizations for the diseases enumerated in the schedule approved by the office of public health are advised by that office, such booster immunizations shall be administered before the person enters a school system within the state.
D.(1) Chief administrators of all elementary and secondary schools, kindergartens, colleges, universities, proprietary schools, vocational schools, and licensed day care centers whether public or private within this state shall:
(a) Be responsible for checking students' records to see that the provisions of this Section are enforced.
(b) Electronically transmit immunization compliance reports to the Louisiana Department of Health, office of public health, when the public or private school operates an existing student-specific electronic data system.
(2) The provisions of this Section which relate to the electronic transmission of data shall be implemented according to rules and regulations promulgated by the Louisiana Department of Health in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
E. No person seeking to enter any school or facility enumerated in Subsection A of this Section shall be required to comply with the provisions of this Section if the student or his parent or guardian submits either a written statement from a physician stating that the procedure is contraindicated for medical reasons, or a written dissent from the student or his parent or guardian is presented.
F. In the event of an outbreak of a vaccine-preventable disease at the location of an educational institution or facility enumerated in Subsection A of this Section, the administrators of that institution or facility are empowered, upon the recommendation of the office of public health, to exclude from attendance unimmunized students and clients until the appropriate disease incubation period has expired or the unimmunized person presents evidence of immunization.

I saw a form sent home, they listed the three and then asked for a signature, the philosophical exemption was a simple checkbox. New Orleans is already mandating vaccine proof to enter bars and restaurants and the state has already developed LA wallet with the QR code for records. At 16, kids are allowed to make their own decisions and are having vax days at schools. What’s happening in NOLA concerns me. Being surrounded by the rest of LA, TX, and MS brings some relief. At the very least, Edwards is gonna have a hell of a fight on his hands.
And the number of deaths and serious injuries coming in the next year or two will pale next to the number of lives cut short in the coming decades from cardiovascular harm, from prions, for neurological damage, and from other effects -- including probably some we've not even seen yet.
I have no doubt, sadly, that we’re going to see more and more people suffering serious heart trouble as a result of their jabs. The elderly will die earlier than they might otherwise have died. But deaths among the young will continue to shock. Already there are calls for defibrillators to be put into schools and sports clubs because of the unprecedented epidemic of heart attacks.
The change in the immune systems of the jabbed will also be of great significance. It has been reported that many of the double jabbed have lost a good deal of their immune system capability. This will mean that they are incredibly vulnerable to many diseases.
So, I suspect the vaxxed will be extremely vulnerable to new variations of the flu. They will constantly be encouraged to accept new jabs, new booster jabs and so on. The ignorant, the fearful and the susceptible will become pincushions, the drug companies will make untold billions in profits, the medical profession will be paid huge fees to give the jabs and the evil conspirators behind the Agenda for a world government will move ever closer to their aim. Vax passports will morph, apparently naturally, into digital passports, containing financial details and so on and the enslavement will be complete. The future is now very, very close.
There will be serious neurological problems too. These are already developing – the facial nerve palsy is well known, of course. But there will be many others that were known about back in 2020.
Will there be fertility problems? My guess is that there will be. Certainly, no one can say that there will not be.
It is astonishing how many women won’t have a glass of wine in case it affects their baby but will happily have an experimental jab. No one knows what will happen to them or their unborn baby.
More and more women who have been jabbed and do get pregnant will be born with underdeveloped babies. Or the babies will have serious heart problems. Who knows? Many babies will doubtless be lost mid-term or born dead. Medical history is littered with examples of drugs which everyone said was safe but which turned out to be not so safe. Thalidomide is just one of many drugs in that history.
And what will happen when those babies grow up? Will they be completely infertile? What other problems will they develop? The mRNA is an entirely new type of product. No one can tell you exactly what is going to happen.

I think about 1 in 500 kids will have bad reactions, most of them mild, but some of them will be permanent injuries.

23.4% of them are minors.
So 4,470,000 x 0.234 = 1,045,740. This is the number of kids.
So he is going to kill 55 children with this move. That is 1,045,740/19,000
2,091 children are going to have a bad time of it. Some fraction of those will be permanently injured.
