Just children in general. Or is it children of those who had COVID of children of those vaccinated???

I would assume it's all children. There really hasn't been enough time to study IQ of children of vaccinated parents in all likelihood.

I would assume contributing factors to lower IQ are masks and less social interaction in general with peers.

these tests were done mostly pre-vax. infants deprived of seeing facial expressions with communication show decline in cognitive development markers.
