Soy is in almost all store bought bread, crackers, chips, salad dressings, condiments, etc...I am trying to get it out of my house. Any thoughts?

Get a Vitamix blender with the dry container.
Buy whole grain seeds
Make flour with blender
Learn to bake
When I make this way it comes out like a brick.
I'm trying again, I froze the berries before grinding them in the vitamix, sifted the flour (almost everything passed through the 8cup crank softer) and added a roux to the sourdough.... tomorrow it will be baked.
Breads I make with store bought flour is excellent. I want to make my own with organic grains to avoid the glysophates
Use a bread machine instead.
I have one, in the attic, not much room in the kitchen.... I'll try tho.
Do think that works because of the extra kneading?
If you start with small amounts I think it will work. No way you are going to be producing as much as a mini bakery though.
Invest in an actual grain mill. I use the wondermill pretty much every day. Worth every cent.
I already had the blender -- the old one with the big motor.
