I don't think it went away as much as we think, its just a LOT more noticeable especially in public spaces. We are progressively spoiled as generations go on, but the increasing amount of stress and having to work more often because the dollar you earn is toilet paper at this point takes away from that parental aspect that is essential to a child's growth.. I get it in a way. But in a way I don't either, because morals and guidance are the most crucial thing for children.
I know. I see really good parents too and they're doing a great job despite being pulled in 12 different directions. But there seems to be more who apparently do no parenting at all.

They want to do to the entire population what they did to black families for the past 60-70 years.
