A week later, the US Drug Administration (is that even a real agency?) wrote her a two-page letter dated December 3 telling her her package was confiscated and would be destroyed because it was “mis-branded” and did not come from a doctor or with dosing instructions,

The weird thing is is that she got the package, it wasn’t confiscated. Were they just trying to scare her? She found on the Internet that others that ordered from India didn’t receive their drugs or only partial orders.
