"....single lawsuit about vaccination up against the manufacturers or lawmakers. ..."
Not clear on what specifically you mean in regards to lawmakers..... As far as vaccine manufacturers, they are protected by the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA). This law created immunity for pharmaceutical companies from lawsuit over claims from vaccine injury.
Bobby Kennedy has filed lawsuits against the government. He won a case against the government for vaccine safety. The federal government has been neglecting safety obligation for decades, which has been proven in a court of law bringing RFK Jr and ICAN to victory over DHHS. Their lawsuit has brought forth evidence that vaccine safety has been neglected for over 30 years, and as we know it is nothing but a sham, showing that the government agencies we are to trust are not doing their jobs to ensure and improve the safety of immunizations.
RFK, Jr. has done more than you know in regards to Vaxx safety and liberty.
It appears, however, that you can get around the liability dilemma if you represent migrants and refugees. Surely, with his background in Native American environmental law, fighting for forcefully vaccinated protected classes would be something he could do as well?
Or was that Reuters headline about the loophole involving illegal immigrants being able to sue just outside of the realm he’s willing to handle?
In terms of the injury act, I’ll have to look into it further. However, I do know of the doctor in the 1990s who successfully got the CDC to stop using OPV in children due to the staggering rate at which the oral polio vaccine would revert to active viral form and harm those who received it.
If a random doctor can get vaccination practices to stop, a damn Kennedy should be able to do far more.
"..., that you can get around the liability dilemma if you represent migrants and refugees.
Be more specific. Using the word "you" references me. I'm not getting around anyone. RFK, Jr. is nothing more than a democrat. Of course, he has democrat leanings. Ron Paul was for open borders. Does this mean I should throw Ron Paul in the town square fire? No.
"If a random doctor can get vaccination practices to stop, a damn Kennedy should be able to do far more."
Oh, RFK, Jr. is trying to do just this. He has teamed up with others like Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and the Nuremberg code. Fuellmich is suing the CDC.
