I'm Banned!

I have now been permanently banned from fakebook and twitter, and I'm feeling rather angry about it. I'm ready to burn them down. I have an account at Gab and I like it ok. How about Telegram? I don't know much about it but it seems like a lot of the major players in this movement are using it. Any tips or advice? Thanks

The shadow banning is just from seeing how little response I get on posts that I know people should respond to. The Restriction is noted on my FB page but only I can see it. It says Account Restricted. You click on that it tells you how long and then click and you should be able to see which post(s) got you in trouble. Note: no option for any kind of appeal.
