Is this why we need the new Soros/Gates COVID-19 test? They could make the test detect whether people have been vaccinated or not so the rules could be:

Vaccinated but no symptoms = No Covid-19.
Unvaccinated or PCR says yes or symptoms = COVID-19 and you need a jab.
