100 Can some LawFag please explain to me how the 6th Circuit is even allowed to overturn the 5th Circuit? I though only a higher court could do that. If not then why doesn't the 5th circuit just over-overturn the 6th right back? They won the lottery https://wskg.org/npr_story_post/6th-circuit-court-wins-lottery-to-hear-lawsuits-against-bidens-vaccine-rule/#:~:text=The%206th%20Circuit%20Court%20of%20Appeals%20has%20won,administration%20were%20filed%20in%20several%20federal%20appeals%20courts.
So if Im understanding you... the 5th never actually struck down the mandate.
They just issued a stay, which is like a punt? And the ruling went to the lottery?
Well fuck the 5th right along with the 6th then.
Yeah. We now have a Powerball for deciding the fate of Americans. Full retard.
