Can some LawFag please explain to me how the 6th Circuit is even allowed to overturn the 5th Circuit? I though only a higher court could do that. If not then why doesn't the 5th circuit just over-overturn the 6th right back? - The Great Awakening

So if Im understanding you... the 5th never actually struck down the mandate.

They just issued a stay, which is like a punt? And the ruling went to the lottery?

Well fuck the 5th right along with the 6th then.
