Can some LawFag please explain to me how the 6th Circuit is even allowed to overturn the 5th Circuit? I though only a higher court could do that. If not then why doesn't the 5th circuit just over-overturn the 6th right back? - The Great Awakening

This reminds me the circus show when the judge refused to dismiss the case against Flynn that prosecution said was unwarrented and some 3 jokers from another court piped in.
