Nothing is black and white. What you can do is ascribe probabilities to scenarios. Is the scenario likely, what should/can I do if xyz. am I guarded / prepared in most likely scenarios etc.
The picture comparisons of old Biden new Biden definitely put a seed in my mind. Am I sure, no. Is it a probability? With all the circumstantial evidence? Yes, and in Biden's case it's even a very likely scenario.
