If I’m reading it correctly though, looks like they won’t attempt to enforce anything until early February.
Things have been so back and forth that I’m optimistic something will change again before then.
Still not getting it regardless.
Not counting on it, but SCOTUS should issue a stay until the case can be heard.
I’m confused here, If the senate blocked this and osha suspended it?
The appeals court reversed all the gain were were making.
This is one federal court district, the 6th. I believe others still stand.
The 5th Circuit case was transferred and consolidated with the 6th so I believe the 5th Circuit decision has effectively been obliterated.
I don’t understand how when these smaller courts could only block it in certain states how do these smaller courts appeal it over the senate...etc
