Your argument just defeated this entire post. If every federal building is acknowledging it, and OP found the ONE place that's slow to update, then it's the exception proving the rule.
No - don’t get me wrong: obviously during a normal transition - the newly elected Presidents’ portrait is hung in all Federal Buildings / yet w/ Xiden … this didn’t occur. The above video and post is just another example that we never lawfully transitioned from POTUS 45 ….
Do you have evidence that his portrait is missing from federal buildings? This is news to me.
